This recording allows time for you to sit with yourself and become the 'watcher of your thoughts.' You are invited to look at thought patterns and beliefs and see how your body reacts to them physically. Three very important key elements explaining the relationship between thoughts and feelings is explained.

Sometimes pin-pointing thoughts take a while, sometimes they come up quickly. Changing a negative thought to a positive can often be slow and time consuming until you get good at this skill.
